Eduardo is a lawyer graduated at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, with an MBA in Finance from IBMEC. He participated in training sessions at Insead (France) and at the Fuqua School of Business (Duke University – USA). He started his international career as in-house tax consultant in an audit firm.

For more than twenty years, he worked in a multinational group, and for the past ten years, he worked as a legal director and CFO, being also appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in investee companies. Experienced in implementing compliance, economic (competitive) and Sarbanes-Oxley certification programs. He serves as Compliance Officer and member of Ethics and Conduct Committees.
